Anita Blake Cosplay, alternatively titled "I cant fit into my corset and am pissed"

So I cant squeeze into my PVC corset. I can fit into the waist cincher, but I don't have anything good to go under it, really. If I cant fit into the PVC corset, I cant fit into the Orange Brocade or Pinstripe. So what does that mean?

When she's not shooting Marvel Zombies, she's usually fighting evil and her love octagon!

Anita Blake is a Vampire Hunter, a Necromancer, and a Succubus. If only we could all be so lucky! There are 20 books in the series, and no, I haven't read them all yet. I'm on #16.

SO anyway! I'll be wearing a red tank top with a partially buttoned up black shirt overtop. Black jeans, and either my black knee high boots, or my black nikes. She's known for wearing nikes in the books, though the boots would look better with my skinny jeans lol. Putting my hair into a million pigtails tonight so when I take them out tomorrow, I'll have mountains of curl!
Going to walmart tonight to pick out a couple play guns, and a cheap cross necklace. Betsy will provide red lipstick for me, because she's amazing!

Days of the Dead 2011 Indianapolis, a horror convention, is next weekend. The hotel is 5 minutes from my house! I'm SO FUCKING EXCITED FOR THIS! Terrance Zdunich will be there! Fantastic artist, amazing actor and sexiest singing voice ever!

I think Betsy and I will be going Friday evening. I need to put a sexy yet not trashy outfit together. I need to pull out the corsets and fuckmeboots!

I may have enough time to sew a quick little stuffed cockroach for him!

I opened up commissions for the first time in a year, lol, so obviously this means something to me!

And then there were bookmarks!

A couple weeks ago, my best friend TwistedTruth contacted me and told me she needed some bookmarks for school. Who am I to say no? Having been given no set themes, I got to dig through my brain for all the sorts of things she likes, and I like to think I did a good job selecting.

Half naked Zombie Chick. Bets likes both Zombies and Boobies, so the connection between the two was pretty natural.

Ahhh, pokemon. I knew her favorite Pokemon was Gengar, so I did a little lineup of the Evolutionary ladder for her. PURPLE EVERYWHERE 8D

And Nathaniel! If I had some vanilla oil, this would smell like him! Nathaniel from LKHamilton's Anita Blake Saga, of course. Mmmmm...wereleopards

Being the ridiculous over-achiever I am, these are all HUGE. So they could definitely be used for the textbooks they were designed for, but all save the pokemon one would probably be too big for regular paperbacks. And then I got lazy, so Bets can cut these out herself <3

A couple ATC's

Hello Darlings!
Today I have two separate ATC's, one for the Deer ATC (hand drawn or painted), and another for the F@#&! ATC Swap - US only

I was lazy, and didn't do my research before I drew :( I knew there was a species of deer that had tusks, but I didn't realize until after I finished it, that they didn't grow antlers. Ah well.

I'm excited about this swap! Swap-Bot doesn't have too many non-PC swaps, so I had to hop onto the bandwagon :D Dig that embossing gel pen background, yo.
